Strelitzia Media Center

Turnkey design and construction of a school media centre including retaining structures and stormwater attenuation. The building accommodates 45 workstations and has an adjoining office and ablution. 
The project included:
* Conceptual and detailed design
* Reinforced concrete retaining walls and foundations
* Brickwork walls and architectural accents, windows and doors
* Roofing with exposed trusses and waterproofing
* Aprons, pathways and stairs
* Teachers office, Bathroom and plumbing
* Electricals and furniture
