Amaoti-Moscow Roads

This project was completed in 2019 and involved the construction of incremental services in the Amaoti-Moscow area and included the construction of approximately 600m of asphalt and concrete access roads with associated layerworks, stormwater pipe crossings and headwalls, subsoil drainage, kerbs, v-drains and retaining walls. The site was in a densely populated area with pedestrian and vehicle traffic and we were required to maintain access to properties at all times, which posed no small difficulty as the roads under construction were extremely narrow. Despite the awkward conditions, our team succeeded in completing the project within time and budget and we were very proud to have been involved in this community upliftment project.
